MERCIES is a body of original watercolour works documenting the nearly two years of precious lessons learnt throughout pregnancy and fresh motherhood,

There are 24 paintings in total. Painted all on botanically-dyed handmade paper.

Come to me,
all who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.

My soul finds rest

Your voice is powerful as the waves

Its arms out-stretch from the west to the east

Newness is my language.
I speak, and it is.

MY HIDING PLACE
I would rather be under a thick storm cloud if
You are there with me.
For there is no safety outside of Your presence.

There is no thirst You won't satisfy.

CLARITY
You fly me up above the clouds
Where Your kindness nullifies all lying noises.
The air, as well as my mind
Is so clear.

More faithful than a mother.
More intimate than lovers.
"I will instruct you and teach you in the way

Joy is the weapon of heaven.

Your blood poured freely;
